Booking Request
What's Included?
The package price at Lake Clark Lodge, Alaska includes your air transportation between Anchorage and the lodge as well as fly outs in our float equipped aircraft to participate in a variety of activities (hiking, fishing, bear viewing, etc) nearby locations for the day, necessary guides, comfortable double occupancy accommodations in the lodge with a private bathroom, all necessary fishing gear, bed taxes, National Park Service use fees, private land use fees, Wi-Fi in the main lodge, processing of any salmon kept, airline approved wet-lock fish box for transportation of your fish home, shipping of your fish to Anchorage, and delicious meals. We cannot offer refunds for missed fly out days due to weather.
What's Not Included?
The package price does not include ADF&G fishing license/salmon stamp (Which must be purchased online), liquor (which you can bring with you), massage therapy (which can be purchased at the lodge through our massage therapist), or tips for the staff, which average between 10 and 20% of the package price paid per person.
Reservation Policy
A 50% deposit is due within 7 days. To make a payment, to pay online, click the link at the bottom of your invoice, or give our reservations desk a call at (888) 470-5793 to make separate/partial payments. The remaining balance is due 90 days prior to your trip start date.
Cancellation Policy
There is a 10-day grace period after booking, where deposits will be refunded in full minus $100 admin fee. Due to our limited space in a season, after you book with us we may have to turn other business away. Because of this we are not able to refund any deposits after the 10-day grace period. Thank you for your understanding. We strongly suggest you get travel insurance when booking your trip.
Getting Here
Arrival Day
We provide the air transportation between Anchorage and the lodge. Your trip starts with a late afternoon departure from Anchorage for the approximately 1-hour flight to our landing strip. We will meet you there and take you the short distance by vehicle to the lodge. Here you will be welcomed by staff followed by an orientation meeting to discuss the layout of the lodge and the program. After getting settled into your room, you will enjoy appetizers and a delicious dinner. Your guide will meet with you after dinner to discuss the plans for the next day's activity planned for you.
Departure Day
You will have a full day activity on your last day. After completing the activity you will prepare for the flight back to Anchorage with an expected arrival in Anchorage at about 7:00 PM.
